Three modifications I made to my game were adding graphics to the main menu, creating a new level, modifying levels 2 & 3 from the original, and adding additional mobs.

Your proposed modifications sound significant enough, just be sure that if you are listing that you will be using a different song that it is something you make, and not just swapping out the provided asset.
Changes to mobs is also somewhat vague. Does this mean a sprite update?
Similar issue with Changes to borders. Please be more clear on intended modifications in the future.
